THE SPACE:
This small residential pocket of homes is uniquely located within walking distance to everything downtown has to offer.
The cottage was gutted and fully renovated from top to bottom a few years ago with all the comforts and conveniences for day to day living.
Through the front door you are greeted with an open concept living room / dining room and kitchen - all with their focal points and views directed out to the yard and the lake. The living room is fitted with a smart TV with Fire stick and Sonos soundbar for your listening enjoyment. The built in cabinet below the TV houses all the cocktail and wine glasses, the wine openers and champagne flutes. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and if you find the need to seat more, the 2 sides slide apart to allow a leaf to extend the table further and allow up to 2 more for seating. A well appointed chefs kitchen is fitted with the conveniences and tools you would find in your own home. We enjoy cooking and entertaining ourselves and want this to be reflected in your experience from the tools to the BBQ. 2 drawers have been left empty to allow for your dry goods and food to be stored away during your stay. Complimentary Nespresso Pods are provided for every stay. A Smeg drip coffee maker is also there as an option for those who like to make a pot of coffee. Whether you sit indoors or outdoors, you will experience your meals with unobstructed lake views to captivate everyone. A basket of faux fur blankets are the perfect layer of warmth and comfort for the evenings outside around the fire pit. Cozy up with your favourite glass of wine and snuggle in under the blanket, fireside. The deck spans the entire width of the home, creating plenty of space for dining and casual seating. The deck height makes it a seamless and easy step into the hot tub also when it's time to unwind from the busy day of hiking, golfing, water sporting or whatever activities have filled your day. A private sandy beach at the foot of the property is one of the best places to sit in a chair and wade your feet in the water while you enjoy some local Rosé or a cold brew from one of the many local breweries. The shallow sandy beach is perfect for the kids to play and a great launching point to venture out into the water.
- The Primary bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, pillow top mattress and quality linen to ensure the most restful and comfortable of sleeps. The 3 piece ensuite is hotel inspired and mostly open to the Primary suite, with the water closet conveniently and privately enclosed and tucked away. Plenty of storage with 3 separate hanging wardrobe closets and a 9 drawer built in dresser offers guests lots of storage for the stay. Other comfort and amenities are a ceiling fan to circulate the air, dimmable bedside lights and a 55in Smart TV.
- The 2nd bedroom is fitted the same as the Primary suite with a king size bed, pillow top mattress and quality linens. A built in wardrobe and dresser add additional storage for any guest. The same comforts and amenities are included in the guest room also with a ceiling fan, dimmable bedside lights and a TV with Apple TV. The guest room also has the added bonus of patio doors to the inner courtyard.
The main bathroom for the home is located between the Primary suite and the kitchen. The 4 piece bathroom services everyone in the home. Extra towels, face clothes and hand towels are located here for your needs. 6 oversized beach towels are in a basket under the sink and can be used for the beach and or the hot tub. You will also find the laundry in the bathroom fitted with an LG Washtower and complimentary soap and bounce sheets.
The casita is detached from the house and is it's own private air conditioned studio suite as the 3rd bedroom and 3rd bathroom. A comfortable king size bed and sitting area with a 70" Smart TV create a separate space for those who want some additional peace and quiet but not be too far from the action. A full private bathroom with walk in shower and extra door out into the courtyard and to the beach creates easy access to shower the sand off from the beach.
-Iron and ironing board and handheld steamer located in guest bedroom wardrobe closet. In the same closet is a broom and dustpan and vacuum.

Boat and trailer parking/ rv parking available on the property for your convenience. The boat launch is 2 minutes away and you can moore your boat to our buoy during your stay. Please let us know if you plan to bring a watercraft for your stay so we can ensure it's availability for you.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the house and the entire property. There is tandem parking on either side of the detached suite and you can park on either side. The yard is nearly fully fenced for your furry family members with the exception of the beach area. This is an open space to the beach and waterfront.
